HB PT LTD – Terms & Conditions (Effective 1st April 2026)
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or failure to attend will result in the full session fee being charged. Exceptions may be made in cases of genuine illness or injury, at the discretion of HB PT LTD.
If HB PT LTD needs to cancel a session, as much notice as possible will be given and the session will be rescheduled.
By booking or attending sessions, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
